Hi all

Yes its me again, I;ve been getting more and more worked up about going back to work tomorrow, just don't want to face it but I know I have to. Been getting more frustrated, angry etc as the days gone on. Been out for a good walk this afternoon in the sleet and snow. Got quite wound up later on went for a drive and walk down by the river, quite peaceful. Home taken 5mg of diazepam to see if that helps. Lying in front of the fire trying to relax. I just wish my head and emotions knew what they are doing. x

I've done the phased return bit over 8 weeks from end of November til half way through January. This was a short holiday as I have loads of leave to use up after being off for 4 months. I had been sent home a few times or had to take time out too. My work have been very supportive and understanding but it doesn't make it any easier. I've been on Cit 20mg for about 23 weeks now. There is now a discussion to be moved onto something else but I haven't been told what yet. It is good that you felt fine at work and your work friends are being supportive, all this does help. x

Hiya, hope it goes ok at work tomorrow and that your assessment was ok. At least work will keep you busy and occupy your mind I hope. Very hard to get motivated about it though. Xxx
