I wrote on here about a week ago concerned that I had HPV because I experienced itching, stinging, little bumps on the inside of my vagina, and other discomforts. However most people told me it looked like VP which is harmless, that gave me much relief however I couldnt explain the itching and other discomfort. Slowly new things started to happen, a couple days ago I started spotting very dark brown discharge. I know this can happen sometimes before or after a period however I am not expecting my period for another week and I am expecting it even later because i took plan B. The discharge was very unusually as this doesnt happen to me often and it was alarmingly dark. The morning after i started to experience the discharge I got up to use the restroom and before I got to pee brown fluidy discharge came out of my vagina, it felt like what i would imagine your water breaking, it was very strange like nothing ive felt before. Later that day my discharge became more red like blood and i am still spotting blood today however it doesnt look like normal period blood. Its a red/brownish color and I am having small clots that almost look like coffee grounds. Also i am starting to experience small sores around the outside of my vagina which im not sure is due to itching or irritation from my panty liner. Can someone please help me??

    Hi!

I have a similar little bumps to you! I first noticed them after my vagina felt sore, itchy and swollen. I had alot of clear watery discharge too. I visited multiple doctors and they all said the bumps are completley normal, they just appeared inflamed because of the vaginal irritation. They said the irritation was because i was using harsh soaps and cleaning too thouroughly. I was also wearing panty liners every day because of the discharge but that was making it worse! So it was a vicious cycle. I had all STD tests done and they were all negative (even herpes IGG blood tests). I get irritated and swollen after sex often. I think sometimes i'm too dry during sex which causes the swelling etc. I hope I have put your mind to rest a little. I know its scary when it's on your own body! image

I don't think I have ever had sores but I have had a red rash. I did have a sore area on the outside of the vagina that looked like a cut. The doctor swabbed it for herpes just for piece of mind and it came back negative. Have you ever been tested for herpes (swab or blood test?). I really don't think you have it - from your pictures nothing looks herpetic to me! But it could give you some piece of mind. Do you use harsh soap or water that is too hot when you wash down below? I think that is what caused mine and it would explain your negative test results ☺

i just went for a pap smear the other day however the sores hadnt really developed yet so she didnt swab it. i got tested for STDs and i tested negative. I have been washing myself the same as always but i was wearing panty liners for a couple days due to discharge. that might be it? seems feels pretty severe to be just from pany liners though, im not sure? i will insert a picture below (warning its a bit graphic)
