Bacterial pharyngitis

Male 25 yeas old. No previous illness.

A case of bacterial pharyngitis caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa .White patches are present,Diarrhea is also present along with a slightly throat discomfort.Was treated lately by a course of ofloxacin for 10 .Patient showed a relievement at the beginning and now still persistent .
