Bacterial vaginal infection

I HAD 2 CULTURES DONE THIS WEEK. ONE CULTURE WAS NEGATIVE FOR YEAST, BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS AND TRICHONOSAS. HOWEVER THE OTHER CULTURE SHOWED A BACTERIA NAMED PSEUDOMONAS AERYGINOSA. MY GYN PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC,, CLEOCIN. I HESITATE TAKING IT SINCE I HAVE TAKEN OVER 400 ANTIBIOTIC PILLS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. I THINK I AM ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT.
HAS ANYONE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH THIS BACTERIA? IF SO, DID YOU TAKE AN ANTIBIOTIC? THANKS.

Thanks for your reply. However, I do not have BV. It is another type of bacteria named pseydomonas aeryginosa. I am seeing my hematologist on Monday to get extensive blood work done. I am glad you got help with the BV.

How come you had 2 swabs done? Was the second more in depth?
I've got a mystery infection and they dont seem to test for anything besides the common yeast/bv here in UK!

To be honest, I am not sure. The GYN I am seeing did not give me a reason. I am guessing the second culture is to identify other bacteria.
