Bacterial Vaginosis and Yeast Infections for almost four years ? HELP!!!

I had used a toothbrush case in October 2016 to masturbate and I ended up with a really bad vaginal infection that lasted 2 years and a half.
Symptoms: vaginal irritation, pelvic pain and back pain, thin, sometimes white, sometimes colorless discharge with no smell.
It was cured with 2g of Metronidazole 500mg and Fluconazole 150mg in January 2019.
Fast forward to June 2019 I began dating and had a new boyfriend but after intercourse with a latex and non- latex condom I had really bad burning sensation in my vagina that went away after using clotrimazole vaginal cream and 1g azithromycin. Then we had sex twice again with a condom In July 2019 and it happened again. ( I stopped having sex since) I used Metronidazole Vaginal Cream and Fluconazole 150mg Capsules, it went away in September 2019.
However in February 2020, I had similar symptoms; vaginal irritation, pelvic pain, and a light yellow sometimes light green discharge after my period. I was given 2g Metronidazole & Fluconazole 150mg which didn't work. Then Clindamycin 150mg for 7 days and was put on Yasmin. It stayed away for the month of March & April, but I was bleeding continuously on Yasmin & as a result I came off the pill. I have had recurrent infections after my period from the month of May, June & now July.
Nonetheless, I got tested in April 2020 and the results were negative for trich, BV & Yeast. I entered a new relationship & had we unprotected sex in July of 2020 for the first time after a year. I had no symptoms at the time, I was using boric acid capsules. However, my boyfriend says that he found a small cut/tear on his penis that went away on its own after three days. ( he ejaculated in me). He is afraid that this may be an std, and I am afraid myself because I really don't hope its something bad. I don't want to give anyone an std.
After sex I had a painful, swollen lymph node on the left side of my groin, and a fishy, sometimes sour odor, irritated vagina, pelvic pain and a thick, watery vaginal discharge. I was given 2g of Metronidazole, 1 g of Azithromycin which took away the fishy odor, irritated vagina & discharge . Then I started Monistat Cream 3 day cream for 6 days which took away the pain in groin and pelvic pain to some extent. I have one more day on the monistat cream but my vagina feels irritated and I have pelvic pain again. I am worried that after I complete the treatment that my symptoms will suffice or come back after my period. Moreso, I won't be able to have sex with my boyfriend, please, please help me.
