    Hi,

I'd go to my family doctor. They have a wealth of tests they can run to find out what's going on.

One recommendation would be to elevate yourself when you're sleeping (if the reflux is an issue while you're sleeping). I purchased a wedge, which allows me to sit up at an angle. Takes some getting used to, but it helps.

I also noticed that when I ate trigger foods, following up with Chamomile tea, or Ginger tea (but don't let the Ginger tea back seep too long, as it will make it too strong), and move around (go for a walk, or walk around your house. Just don't sit) that alleviates my reflux.

Oh, and cut out soda, and any carbonated drinks. One I like is an aloe drink. It has pulps in it, and loaded with sugar, but...if I'm already depriving myself of soda, and 90% of the things I like, I can rationalize the sugar from the aloe drink.

I don't feel comfortable giving you any more advice beyond that. Set up an appointment with your primary doctor and see what they say.

    Best to you!
