Hugs. I'm in the same boat. I have been dealing with severe panic attacks for 5 years since age 22. I'm diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and clinical depression. I was doing great for about a year. Still had anxiety, but no panic attacks. About two months ago, they returned with a vengeance.
I am working on remembering my coping skills that have helped me in the past. I am also seeing my psychiatrist next month to review meds.
I know it feels so unfair. Everyday I think "What happened to me?" "Why can't I be normal?" These thoughts only make things worse. I have been trying to turn my thinking around. Instead I try thinking of children and people fighting for their lives with cancer, etc. It helps me to step away from my own problems and realize things could always be worse. During a panic attack, I have been "fighting" them less. I recognize when it's about to happen, accept it, label to myself what I'm feeling such as "I have a tight chest" "I feel like I can't breathe" "My heart is racing". I'm not sure why but this helps. Also, I think about all the times something serious has happened during an attack, which is zero times. I think to myself "These feelings will pass soon. These feelings are uncomfortable but not dangerous".
I have recently started taking vitamin b12 and magnesium after doing some research, and I do have to say I feel a little better already.
Just remember you are not alone.

Have you talked to your GP
Try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique, that may help you relax.

After this test try and accept these results and move on. These test do not do us any good. We need to be selective and move on
