bad breath, help.

I'm a 20 years old female. I've been struggling with bad breath my whole life, I guess. I don't know when I was a child, but I've notice a change in my breath when I hit puberty. I feel like it just got worse and worse. Initially I thought it was my tonsil stones, but even after removing the tonsils nothing changed. Then I found out I had Helicobacters and the doctor prescribed me the cure with antibiotics and the bad breath suddenly disappeared I thought I cured it, but after the antibiotics it returned. I am also going to the dentist very often and he always tells me my teeth are very healthy. Since the situation changed only with antibiotics for anaerobic bacteria I thought it was my tongue bacteria. After I brush my teeth and floss I always manically clean my teeth, and everything is fine for half an hour, then everything returns as always. Since I've already spent a lot of money on this problem and no doctor could help I'm asking here if people have some other opinion.

Could it be in the changes of hormones that I had since my puberty? (is it worthy to check my hormones)

Could it be because my dry mouth? (but i always drink water or chew gum to wet it, shouldn't it be solved with that?

Could it be the bacteria accumulation? Can I solve it without always taking antibiotics?

Other opinions?
