Hi all,
long term IBS and functional dyspepsia sufferer here. suddenly got a bad IBS flare 2 weeks ago, hadn't eaten anything odd, had actually been on a week of annual leave so was not stressed, but hit with crippling pains, bad wind, diarrhoea (foul smelling). been taking all the usual pain killers, buscopan etc but nothing's helping. any tips I've forgotten about?

no mint, lots of water, no stress as much as possible, try to think if there was a trigger. doctors visit might be good.
