Bad genital injury

so about a year ago now a partner had sit down too quickly on my penis and i heard a popping noise but didnt think anything of it. for the next month or two i experienced erectile dysfunction and the head of my penis was purple. now i can get an erection but is more difficult and my sex drive is less. i have a pain at the shaft on the inside that send shooting pains throughout that area and feels like something is blocking my urethral pathway but not bad enough to cause serious urination difficulty. after i ejaculate red spots apear on the head and just of recently red brusing appearing under my foreskin. i am only 19 and this is stressing me out so much im depressed everyday about it. ive taken myself to hospital twice and both time they have done NOTHING. meanwhile the internet states my symptoms require urgent medical treatement. i have a urology appointment books but they havent got back to me in months and im so worried this will effect me for the rest of my life. i really need help and advice since everyone ive consulted has been absoloutely useless.
