Hi Anne. I know how you feel hun. they are draining aren't they. I used to get terrible dawn to dusk "hormonal" headaches 3 or 4 times a week before i went on hrt in april. withing 2-3weeks on the hrt they disappeared almost completely. i only get one very rarely now(hormones still fluctuate in every woman, but obviously more stable on hrt).  also although it won't get rid of your headaches it will soothe it is a "4head" headache stick you swipe on your forehead, & the mens peppermint/menthol shampoos & conditioners are really soothing too. xxx if you want some brand names let me know & i will send you a private message hun. xxx

Yes!  Not excrutiating, but far too often.

Yes, I've had vision problems.  I was assuming it was age related instead of perimenopause.   The only time I experience double vision is sometimes when I'm reading, which is my signal to stop.  (not sure if this is the same thing)

Headaches can mess with your vision.  Think of it as a signal to rest them for a little while and see if that helps.  Try deep breathing, or anything to de-stess yourself. I use an oil blend that I rub on my palms, cup my face, and breathe in deep.   Although, I would mention it to my doctor if I were you.
