i have multiple problems like bad memory, bad reading and bad pronunciation
i am 23 yo,174 tall and i weight 65 kg
for example sometimes i am scrolling over the pictures and if i like it i press start+print screen, and most of the times when i press it and then look at the picture for 5 more seconds i forget if i pressed print screen or not ,and then i press it again, and it makes me have many duplicats in my colection
sometimes when there is a word "winter" i see it as "water",and when i realise it makes no sense in sentence then i look again and realise that i saw it wrong, also sometimes when i play league of legends when i see vayne with skin i think that it is syndra(who is totaly diferent champion)
and lastly sometimes i am cuting letters in pronunciation, instead of saying "i was" i say "i ws"without midle letter in "was"
does anybody have an idea what disease it could be ?

I’m assuming you’re taking Citalopram for anxiety?
Probably one or both of these - Anxiety makes you solely focus on it, leaving little concentration for much else in life, so my guessing is that your mind wanders a little instead of paying attention to the task. Also Citalopram dulls the senses a little so again probably causing you to not be as sharp as normal.
I doubt there is no disease to be concerned about, but talk to your doctor so he can allay your concerns.
When I took these meds I couldn't concentrate, could barely read one page of a book and often couldn't follow conversations.

I forget common words! I forget what Im doing half the time. This all started after starting the meds. My memory has always been very sharp. I hate it. Did it stop when you stopped the meds?

Yep - I had similar at times. I'd be talking to someone and then completely lose track of where I was going with my words.
My concentration improved as the meds settled and yes my memory got when I came off meds.
For me though, at the height of my anxiety condition it was a small price to pay.

Hi
I'm not suggesting this is what you have but have you been tested for dyslexia?
