    Hi HOTpicks

Poor you, we all feel for you and hope you stay positive so the pains can be reduced.  Think of a happy moment and build on that.  If the sun is out go and sit in the sun.  Gentle hugs for you and hope your day has been improving.

    Take care x

Morning Hotpicks;   I too have Fibro (plus the horrible CFS and Osteo); so can really feel your leg/hip pain.....as you prob know, it goes from one spot to another, and at times there are many SPOTS !!! at the same time.  Besides all the meds that we have to take (and Endep/amitriptylline, being the best for this pain, that I find) I also use a gel called Dencorub with Aspirin-like pain-relief.(different to other Dencorubs etc), rub it into painful area, and then put hotpack onto area (for hips I also use 2 cushions to sit on).  Although we feel as if it's the Hips, I've realized it's more in the Rump Muscles/side of hips areas. As for the legs, I also use the same gel, and then wear Tubi-grip over calves......I do know how you are feeling, for I at present am also actually having to put up with the same areas.....many people say it's "supposed to be only in arms/upper body etc", but I know that it goes ALL over many areas....even the muscles in my feet, if I do too much walking or wear shoes that do not have proper Arch support.....I have also learn't that it's important to "take those meds", for I JUST can't survive without them....not all the ones that the Information tells us work for each of us, but it is a case of "trial and error"...for example, my rhuemy and I both thought Cymbalta (which is highly recommended by the findings) would help me, but No,  made my emotions a lot worse, so just stick to some Vitamin B Executive Stress....let me know how you get on with the above suggestions.......Bron
