Bad sun poisoning that is NOT painful?

I was out in the sun for WAY too long 2 days ago, and I got a VERY bad sunburn on my face.  It was very red and started to weep yellow fluid, which has crusted over.  When I touch it with my finger, it doesn't turn white and then red again like normal sunburn.  In addition, on my face there is no pain...I worry that this means it is more serious?  Is it a 'deep dermis' second-degree sunburn that needs a medical procedure?

Right now when I touch the crusted fluid I can't feel anything because it's blocking the skin, also.

Aloe Vira is good for sun blisters, I am sure there are other things too, you could ask your pharmacist. Whatever you do, don't burst them.

The yellow fluid is your bodys natural defence and is protecting your skin until it heals. Dont touch it, or pick at it ; dont use any soap or washing lotions on it,just splash with cold water.     As Ptolemy has said Aloe Vera is good and cooling for sun blisters, but dont rub it in,just spread lightly and leave.   Most important...dont go out in the sun without a hat and high factor sun cream in future.

Boy, I'm really learning through experience here sad Already made a bunch of mistakes, itching a lot and rubbing with a towel.....It's hard for me to understand how this happened since my skin is dark-ish and very thick.
