Bad wrist pain

I'm a teenager with extreme wrist pain. it started in the left one, and ive been dealing with it for two years, but as of the past six months I've been getting similar but less intense symptoms. Both wrists act up with activity eg: opening a jar or playing frisbee. Ive been to the doctor with the left wrist pain and we explored the possibility of a mis-healed injury but both wrists being affected makes me think differently. The pain is more dull than sharp unless I bend them in different ways. I also experience extreme fatigue.
