BAD Yeast Infection or Herpes..? Please help

So I am about 21 weeks pregnant now and I usually have unprotected sex with my bf. (I just tested positive for Covid and Strep today all at once) Well a few days ago we had sex and I started to have like some irritation down there a couple days after. It was itchy at first then as the days went by it started to really hurt wiping with toilet paper and my discharge became like thick, but in little pieces (cottage cheese looking). Anyway I bought some feminine wipes and started noticing like little sores/blisters forming that's when it really started to burn every time I used the restroom. I didn't want to go to the doctor yet because I thought maybe it was just a yeast infection I haven't gotten one of those yet only UTIs since I've been pregnant. So I bought Monistat 7 and after using it one night I don't know if I made things worse or what, but now I have more of these sores, its really swollen down there & my discharge is like changing. I'm just in pain all around and now I'm in quarantine I don't know what to do.
