ive taken Baking Powder in water and it was meant to be baking soda,, didnt realise. it was a teaspoon will i be ok ?

(1) "Baking powder is a dry chemical leavening agent, a mixture of a carbonate or bicarbonate and a weak acid, and is used for increasing the volume and lightening the texture of baked goods" per Wikipedia.
(2) NaHCO3, aka sodium bicarbonate, aka baking soda.
They are almost identical.
