Beth when i entered peri menopause 3 yrs ago i too was left confused and looked upon by drs as crazy. i felt alone in my struggle until I found this form. i had debilitating symptoms that took me away from my work environment. i had to take the time to study my body because there was no one to help. i realized that certain foods , household products and products that i applied to my body had set my hormones off. i then had to eliminate these things from my life. also l had to remove all stressors from my life. i started to eat more fruits and vegetables. eliminate sugar and caffeine. i took vitamins. as far as my GERD and constant IBS bloating and constipation, i found that taking a probiotic 30 billion 8 strains took care of the problem. i take them every other day. since taking these steps my symptoms eased up, not saying that i don't have bad days but they are not that bad as they use to be. in the beginning i lived in hell literally. No one can give you definate answers but you taking the advice of others and applying it to your life might help. know that you are not alone in your struggle. we have all been there. praying for you. God bless

i recall my pain and aches, they were horrific to the point where I couldn't do much. What i found that worked was sitting in a hot bath of Epsom salt every night and taking advil. Also magnesium and heating pads and creams. i literally had to wait this out. i mostly get lower back pain now and stiffness. with time symptoms will subside. mine have. Go have a warm bath and try to relax. watch a movie and try to take your mind of it. take care

ive had every test and scan on the planet, had docs scaring me saying we are looking for tumours etc because i was 39 with hot flushes, i knew it was peri and sudden histamine intolerance brought on by high estrogen low progesterone, and now 17 months later the gp agrees, theyre useless, my tips are magnesium glycinate powder nightly, epsom salt bath before bed, keep super hydrated, ive gone gluten, dairy, sugar free, im also on a low histamine diet, magnesium spray for aches and pains, zinc for hair skin and nails, and mild exercise when you can, and boxsets sometimes help especially comedy, do something small each day that makes you happy even if its only plucking your eyebrows, rest when you need to but potter when you can it helps with the mind racing anxiety, sending hugs x
