balanitis 2 years my experience

So this all started for me over 2 years ago it was either from sex with random woman with a condom, not cleaning after masturbating or vigorous masturbation

After sleeping with woman I was externally anxious that I had herpes I do not know why but I have seen afew people mention that they were extremely worried about something at the start of there journey with this so think this must be a factor A day later I think I masturbate vigorously(out of pure boredom ) and dont bother cleaning afterwards. The next morning I wake up with red patch in the middle of glans and just an over all sore feeling. I go to work as normal when come home I try to masturbate to see if anything is different and lots of skin starts to peel of the glans like to the point where did not know the glans had that much skin on it. I ring the dr and he says to try hydrocortisone and fungal cream but nothing works. Ever since the skin has peeled it has developed this bumpy crystal like texture and also becomes inflamed when any liquids come in to contact with it. I go to std clinic he does checks and he tells me it's not herpes it is infact NGU (non gonococcal urethritis) it's also hurts to ejaculate at this point but the doxycycline he gives me treats the pain for that but it does not change the skin on the glans. So now I need to constantly rinse my glans after sex or masturbation otherwise it starts to burn and I have a flare up I used to be able to wash the morning after but if I tried to do that now the burning would keep me awake. I recently done a semen and urine culture what showed

Enterococcus faecalis and white blood cells in urine it also showed the same bacteria in my semen and this bacteria is normally associated with uti's but my only symptoms are with my glans so I don't even know if this bacteria is what is causing my problems with glans. so I don't know where to turn at this point I am stuck. Also at the start of this a blood vessel come through the skin and had stayed there since
