A couple of days ago I saw these little balls on my glans. I do not feel pain or feel discomfort when urinating, nor do I feel itching

Can you get a clearer close up of what it is you have? (adjust angle of photo in strong daylight)

Also, say what is happening for you penis recently and right now: have you been sexually active? if so did you use a condom each occasion? or penetrative sex with no condom?

Do you wash your penis regularly with soap and gel and / or other body wash in the shower?

Do you masturbate regularly and always use a lube of some kind, if so what is the Lube?

Do you have skin conditions elsewhere on your body? ..... what is happening for the skin of the head of your penis ....... ?
