What could this be? I've tried hydrocortisone and it made it worse. I use soap and detergent with no dyes or scents or anything and only wear cotton underwear. One doctor thought it was dermatitis but it hasn't gotten better and one said he didn't see anything wrong. It is very painful and I can not have sex.

I have also been like this for over 6 years after oral unprotected sex. Same thing balanitis for 2 years and had HPV treated but after that blood work done and nothing, all normal. And the problem is that every doctor treats us like is no big deal but this affects us psychologialy. I must add to the list of symptoms that mine losses blood very fast after being erect and the glans remain soft and wrinkly but the penis itself remains hard.
Maybe is due too to much masturbation, porn, psycological stress and probably other immune problems. Or maybe it is a new STD, all this years i've been trying to find an answear. This problem needs to be adressed internationaly.

Same issue. Doctors have no idea what it is. Have been to 3 urologists and 3 dermatologists. Only thing they say is "it looks within normal range". Only other thing I've noticed is my urine stream has been splitting since this issue arose.

Check blood for herpes. Avoid alcohol,coffee and sugar. But there is no cure if it is herpes. Any constipation if yes this could also point to herpes.

i might have a similar issue, ive been having redder skin on penis head, looks like a rash but have no other symptoms at all. i notice it more after a workout, or when i get erect. its so weird and bothers me so much. its like a blotchy dark red spot, sometimes looks even purple

did yours come after sexual encounter? did you use viagra/cialis + alcohol? condom?

my penis is looking so smillar to yours. but on what basis do you say it is balanitis? because your doctors said it was normal
