Balanitis/Herpes/Other?

Hi all,

About 10 days ago I had unprotected sex for the first time with a friend. We were drunk at the time so I forgot to clean my penis afterwards like I normally would until the next afternoon. About 4 days after this I noticed a number of red marks on my penis glans. They were mostly flat although a couple did seem slightly raised. Since this time they appear to have turned more into flat red spots. I have been using clotrimazole 2% cream for 5 days and and hydrocortisone 1% cream for 3 days. I would say the spots have gotten less raised and slightly less red but not a massive improvement. I have no pain and at no point have they blistered or crusted over. No other symptoms that im aware of, I did feel like I had a slight cold for a day or so but I felt like this before we had sex anyway.

What does anyone think? (Pic 1 yday, pic 2 today)

I am due to get a swab for herpes soon and will get the other STIs checked shortly. I have had thrush a couple of times before a while ago but usually doesnt present like this and clears pretty quickly.

Got a HSV-2 blood test and came back as negative. Didn't get HSV-1 test but I know that's usually transmitted orally and I didn't receive oral sex either. Guess I will have to keep up with the antifungal/steroid? Might change the antifungal in a few days.
