Balanitis Not going really worried , no treatment working

hi guys,

so my balanitis has been on and off for around 2 years

at the start the steroid creams worked, however nothing now has worked

i wake up every morning with a horrible smell and my penis being really sticky on and under the head, whenever i pull the foreskin back its like peeling off celetape , when i wash the penis there is no smeg visable , sometimes i can rub the head and under the foreskin and yellow smegma can come off

soon after my penis goes back to being sticky and smelly, this must be from discharge, the things that is weird , is if i leave the head exposed or foreskin pulled back for a while the penis then goes really smooth but still dry if that makes sense and then the head looks cracked/

shrivelled (like when you leave your fingers in water for ages)

last thing when i try to roll my foreskin back over the head it rolls over eachother and doesnt fully cover it

i just dont know what to do

circumsion doesnt bother me i just worry that the head will be like the smooth dry cracked feeling i mentioned
