hey, I have been getting these little red spots on my penis head. they appear for sometimes a few days and then mostly disappear. it tends to come back more we masturbating. does not appear to have any fluids or white spots. please advise.

No idea! Suffering from past 8 months with this. Dermatologist told its balanitis, applied cream got little better but not cured. Two months back started lower back pain and inflammation of urethral opening and dripping fluid.

Sadly, no. I don't know what's going on. All doctors are saying when STD tests are negative you are fine, nothing to worry. I still have my penile rash on its increasing rather. One thing I have observed my semen is making my penile skin rash, earlier it was not the case.

Thats my observation as well that semen is causing issue. when i do not clean glans for longer time after masterbation or intercourse then i certainly see red patches on glans. But, glans is mostly clear if i keep hygiene maintained. Semen is something that i am suspecting as well. Have you gone for any tests with to semen ?

Yes, earlier in month of Nov I did semen culture which shows klebsiella sp. and Enterococcus sp. Consumed antibiotics. Now symptoms is mild clear penile discharge, lower back pain mild to moderate, balanitis is on but steroid cream helps with redness. Last week did the test again, its klebsiella and E. Coli.
