Balanitis / prostatitis - rash, burning skin and sensative/inflamed meatus - no std

Hey guys and girls,

Background story this started in mid to late February.

Last sexual encounter was beginning of February, used condom for vaginal and anal but it broke. No condom for oral.

1st symptom was a sharp pain/burning sensation on the tip of the Glans that I thought was a uti. When to the urologist and gave me permixon that didn't do anything. Got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and urine test all cleared.

In March girl I was with, got diagnosed with yeast infection (candida), at that time I already had red postules, tighten of the foreskin and skin peeling. I took 150mg of Diflucan and those symptoms went away.

However I still had the burning feeling on the tip and on the foreskin so I did the following tests.:

4 times for bacteria in urine.

2 times for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

2 for hiv, and hepatitis and for 2 kinds of syphilis.

I also did a sperm culture /gram for bacteria and trichomoniasis.

Did a urethral swab for bacteria/trich.

Did a urine and swab and sperm for mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urealyticum and parvum.

Did mycoplasma genitalium pcr test

Did hsv 1 and 2 blood test for igg.

Did a skin swab for fungus or bacteria

All negative.

And a general blood test that showed a psa of 0.37 when the concern is >3. So it's good.

Also did a ultrasound of the scrotum, bladder, kidneys and prostrate. Only thing they found was a hydrocele on 1 testicle a that's is good now as both testicules are normal in size.

Last week after 8 months of this I begged to do a spermgram again and they found enterococcus faecalis and I'm taking 500mg of levofloxacin during 20 days.

Also did a biopsy on the glans and I'm waiting results.

My symptoms as of now are redness/discomfort on the tip/head of the penis (dermatologist said is balanitis) and inflamed meatus that comes and goes,also scally skin on the glans that is not covered by the foreskin. And redness on the foreskin (I'm uncut) that has a burning feeling to it. On occasion I get a small lesion on the inside of the foreskin that goes away in 2 days.

Foreskin is tighter due to what o think was a allergic reaction to pevisone cream that turned my skin to sandpaper and after it healed was more tighten.

Mild urinary issues like after peeing I have the feeling I need to go again. But can hold it much better than I did. And don't have to get up at night to go.

The flow is not great but I think is because I'm going more often than I should.

And got 2 episodes of testicular pain after sitting for too long. That lasted from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

And a mild urethral discomfort.

Meds and creams I've tried:

Permixon

Diflucan

Levofloxacin (doing this for the sperm bacteria)

Cicalfate

Daktacort

Pevisone

Advantan

Dexeryl(seems to be the one that helps the most)

I'm want to be a father but right now I'm afraid of having something contagious/virus/bacteria/fungus so I have 0 sex life. Anxiety has gone through the roof and my previous relationship ended because of this.

All of the 6 urologists, 3 dermatologist 1 infectious diesease specialist and 1 sexual transmited infections specialist said Im not contagious. However none can help solve or diagnose my issues.

I can post pics if needed, I notice some guys in here have some of the same issues. Hopefully someone can shed some light.
