Balanitis , Trush Candida or bacterial ?

I got Balanitis I think because I read it and the symptoms match. Itchiness , redness and light swelling of the penis head ,no discharge .

But it's Male Thrush from Candida or bacterial ?

I'm applying Ketonazole (I already had it at home ) for the second day now and I'll continue for until 7 days as the website says . But if it's bacterial can I apply Neosporin ? (Bacitracin antibacterial cream ) or Cortizone 10 which I already have both at home ?

Or I should just go to the Doctor ?
