Do you have 1 sex partner or different ones each time?

If this is occurring following masturbation then this would suggest you have an issue with personal hygiene, or you have an infection that is remaining in place despite the cider vinegar

Just checking: do you shower everyday, and change to freshly laundered underwear each day?

You can help your penile skin to become more healthy by not applying soap or things like shower gel to it = simply wash with water and ensure your penis is fully dried following washing and showering

You obviously have some level of skin irritation going on, the question is what is the original source of the irritation.

A doctor would probably prescribe that you use an antifungal cream for 2 weeks or so and see if this cleared whatever it was. So, you can either do this or try the apple cider vinegar on a regular basis. The main problem with the vinegar would be that it is too acidic for the very sensitive skin of the foreskin to be dealing with.

The natural approach would be to wash with water only, no sex or masturbation until the issue resolved itself, however, this could actually take a number of months to achieve. I would try this for at least 3 to 5 weeks to see what could potentially happen
