Balantis Scars or something else?

A friend of mine recently got diagnosed with penile cancer and it's got me a bit paranoid about some parts of my penis that I never really thought much about.

  • I'm hesitant to see my GP during these hectic times so I thought I'd ask here first.

  • I had a bad case of balantis a few years ago, it cleared up although I was left with some scars on the tip. where the cream kept getting rubbed off. I just want some clarification whether these do look like scars or could be something else. Here are some pics of the tip in different lights.

  • The backside

  • When erect however they mostly smooth out.

  • Another concern of mine is how purple the rim of the head is getting, as well as some veins which seem more pronounced than normal.
  • There's also what looks like a small wart on the back of the tip, the pictures don't pick it up that well but it's more of a line shape than a wart. This also pretty much flattens out when erect.

  • Also another thing I've noticed is after my penis goes from erect to soft the texture of the penis changes for a short while. I'm not entirely sure how to describe it but it's sort of soft but rough, here's a picture.

  • The only other thing I can thing to mention is I use a mild unscented soap on it every day, if I don't this it starts to produce smegma fast which never used to happen I used to be able to just rinse it and it was fine.

  • There's no itching or anything like that and I've tested negative for any STIs but I'm wondering if any of this is a cause for concern.
