barium meal - advice please

Hi, I just had a barium meal. 5 delicious cups of stuff, gross! Anyway, the man doing the xray said he didn't see anything in my small bowel that really worried him, then said he needed to press my tummy and take an xray. He went straight to my pain site, which is the last part of the small bowel where it joins the large colon. He pressed it and took 2 pictures and said he will get them looked at. I was then allowed to leave. I'm being investigated for Crohns after a raised fecal protectin level. Would u be concerned they found something or not? Thanks

    Sorry my best advice is to wait and see. I know it can seem like years, but try to forget it's going on. Speculation can just make for worst case scenarios worries.

      Very true thanks Paul. I think I'm jumping to conclusions cos he said tell me to stop if it hurts too much. Like he expected me to be in agony! I have the camera next week so will see how that goes. Thanks

    It's always better to get a conclusive answer even if it's not what you want to hear it took a while to sink in when I was diagnosed cuz I was happy to finally have answers

      I know, thanks. I just get sick of no proper diagnosis, just fed of being left in pain!
