Hi,just got diagnosed with short segment barrett ( less than 2 cm) , probably got it after my esophageal ulcer
I Live in France,they refuse to treat it because there is no dysplasia
is there any way to get rid of this s**t ? I can pay for it and travel anywhere

They don't want to treat it because there is low chance that it will ever become cancerous

Get started on PPI's ASAP!! My BIL died from years of untreated Barrett's at just 51 years old.

im already on ppi , everyone diagnosed with barret is on ppi ,your reply is just a waste of time
