Bartholin cyst?

Hi everyone, i just noticed this hard painful lump on my right labia. It looks like it could be filled with pus-the middle of it is a faint yellowish color, the rest is red. Does anybody know what it could be? I’m super nervous it could be something serious. Thanks in advance

    Update: it has turned a purplish color now. Still painful sad

    If purple it is ready to burst.  Try hot baths to help open it up.  You will feel immediate relief after it bursts.
