Bartholin cyst gland

I've been suffering from bartholin gland cyst for about 4 years now. I went to my obgyn for vagina dryness out of no where, she told me if I was going through a lot of stress. At that time, every thing was falling apart.. so yeah I contributed it to stress and thought is was psychological. As time went on, I noticed a lump on my left side and Google it and there it goes the cause of my problem. My obgyn appointment I told her what I found and she confirmed it. My cyst never went away however I never had an issue neither. My natural lubrication never returned which sucks. I would say since March, I've noticed a deep pain if I'm sexually aroused, it doesn't get bigger... just Sharp pain going down the back of my leg which never happened before. To make matters worse, I felt a small lump on my right side.. F**K MY LIFE. Visually you can't tell if anything is there, its when pressing down you can feel the lump. I'm taking saltz baths for now which helps, but I am terrified for it to get infected, grow, cut, or poke. I'm also taking yoni steaming frequently, but nothing seem to be permanent. WHY CAN'T IT STAY UNBLOCK, I'm 35 and should be able to enjoy sex, I am frustrated.

    Hello!

First of all, lets get that mood up. I've treated patients with undiagnosed HIV, with terminal Syphilis, with innumerable cancers, which is something frustrating! Bartholinitis is really F**** painful, but lets be honest, there are worst things! So get that mood up!

Second, the bartholinitis. It's very hard to come with a diagnosis with such little data but over all, why don't you consider removing the gland if applicable? What treatment where you using to treat the inflammation and pain?
