Hi, I woke up one day in pain near my vagina. So I started to fill down there and found a lump the size if a grape. So far I been doing hot compresses and baths but it still hurts to walk and sit down. It has drained a lot but has not bust yet and I'm really scared considering this is my first cyst . Any idea how long does it take to rupture on it own?
