Bartholin cyst- Nothing works??

Im really hoping to get some insight on what to do! I get a lot of infections "down there" that usually start in a hair follicle. Ive been on antibiotics for another abcess and just finiahed the course monday. Then yesterday, Thursday, I was cleaning the area and noticed bot one, but TWO bumps. One of them is exactly where a bartholins cyst would be, and the other just a little bit higher up. I normally get my other issues in the area where my underwear sits, so this is different.

Ive tried the baths, the Witch hazel and tee tree Oil, turmeric and coconut oil, baking soda and salt, hot compresses... Nothing works and now my skin in that area is literally peeling off! But still no head..

Has anyone had this after the home remedies mentioned?? Ive put coconut oil on it now to calm it and have a drs appointment in the morning. I dont inderstand how this could happen seen i was just on antibiotics??
