Bartholin cyst removal 1 year ago and it ripped open after having sex with my fiance.

I had my bartholin cyst drained over 1 year ago and me and my fiance had sex 4 days ago and I woke up the next morning in pain. I thought it was normal because every blue moon I will have some pain. But I took a hot bath today because it was still hurting and finally took some pictures down there and my incision where I was cut open and drained ripped open and is now infected and has a huge open sore right next to it. I am in a lot of pain and I'm trying to see if anyone else has had this happen to them? Please I don't know what's going on.
