Bartholin Cyst word catheter

Okay so I had my BC drained and a word cath stitched in. I’ve had it for 5 days and everything was going well until this morning. I noticed bright red blood and a clear snotty fluid leaking out. I’m getting nervous as to why this just started. Im concerned that if I get aroused in any way this will continue to happen. Idk what to do, if this is normal and how do I stop something that naturally occurs? I’m human lol I get aroused!!

    Yeah definitely shouldn’t get aroused with the catheter especially if you have it stitched in. When I had my catheter in I didn’t even chance it. Not worth it to me lol

    Try warm compress to help push that leftover discharge.

    Hope you're taking antibiotics to help avoid further infection.
