Bartholin cysts

Hi there just really looking for advice I'm 32 and have been suffering with cysts for years iv went to my gp on 4 different occasions and he said i have strong sweat glands if they get infected come back and see me, so I got desperate and burst them I still do now know I shouldn't but the pain is so unbearable at times. I work in my local hospital and I came in 1 morning I could barely walk so I went to a&e a gynocologist came down from paisley measured them said they were too small gave me strong codeine and back to work I went, I have serrapeptase at home but is there anything else I can purchase as the pain is awful and i just take it I'm stuck with them forever.
