    Hi

I had a cyst drained turns out lump is a scar tissue that developed due to repetative interventions. I would get it checked.

I had the same scenario, my OB advised me to continiuously drink my antibiotics and go with sitz bath twice a day 15-20 'mins.

Before I had a full excision done I had my cyst drained three separate times. Each time this is came back within a few days. Luckily there was never really any pain because it didn’t get infected. But it did refill. One of the gynecologist that I saw told me that I had to continually massage the area to help any excess fluid to drain out. After seeing multiple doctors and specialist. I found a doctor that gave it to me straight. Continually re-opening a cyst to drain it can change the shape of it, cause excess scar tissue, and cause infection. I wish I would have been told these things before letting these other doctors touch me.

all I would or can advise is that you head straight to your gp scar tissue shouldnt really be that prominent if its perhaps it can be removed to leave a flatter surface but that might be classed as cosmetic now I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you it's a simple solution x
