I had one of mine removed 3 months ago. About a week after I got a really bad yeast infection. I was still bleeding so it was a yellow red discharge and burned so bad I couldn't move. Call your doctor better to get it checked out.

Hi, I had mine removed on Oct 7th. After about 7 days the blood and yellowish discharged stopped. Currently, I don't have any abnormal discharge. I think you might be okay but you should definitely call your doctor and make sure! Good luck!

Yes, try to take it easy. Wear loose clothing and keep the area clean. I take showers twice a day. The second shower of the day is after work and it's a quick rinse to wash the day away and clean the area. When I've been active at work too much a warm sitz bath helps with the stinging. I also had 5 ice packs on rotation when i was off of work for the week. That helped with swelling and bruising. I really think the ice was key. It just refreshes the area. I was in bed for about 6 days and after I said to myself "I'm going to get up and start moving around". In my head i thought, if I'm not moving around there is no blood flow going down there... i have to keep moving to keep the blood flow going. i believe a lot of the recuperation is mental. push yourself to keep moving and push through. don't read any negative comments. this is your journey and you will heal just fine! let me know if you have any questions.
