Bartholin’s cyst misery, can it go without bursting?

I have recently had a cyst excised from my labia after two and a half years of trouble with it. Antibiotics did nothing. I was in a constant cycle of it growing , being painful, bursting , growing again.... it tracked into other tissues and I had it deroofed summer 2018. This didn't resolve the issue hence recent surgery.

Now just when I was hopeful it was sorted and 3 weeks after surgery - my labia has swollen up loads and I have a bartholin's cyst. V painful and 3 inches long. As my other wound is still sore I don't feel I can use hot compress etc. Can they just get reabsorbed on their own? I am so low about this....
