Bartholin's cyst. Newbie. Advice Needed

I am currently with my 2nd cyst. My last was a month ago. Seem to be happening with my period.

I have questions and hoped someone might help?!

How often do these get a head on them? I have a lil pimple next to the lump and its itching like crazy.

When they burst, is it not dangerous in that area?

Will this just keep happening?

Do you feel like you need to pee all the time?

I am 37 but getting signs of perimenopause. Does this have anything to do with it?

Anyone had treatment for this in the UK?
