Bartholins Abscess 6 months post op marsupilisation problem

Hi everyone, I really hope someone can help me, last December I had a Bartholin's Abscess appear from nowhere and I had a marsuplisation, ever since I have been on antibiotics as I keep having pus on and off coming from the wound, I experience a severe stabbing pain down below before it happens and when checking with a mirror I can see the wound is full of pus and I can manually pop it and there is a lot of blood and pus but also a lot of relief from the pain, it does not happen all the time and after this happens the hole closes over, the issue is whenever I go to the hospital or dr's they say the hole has closed up and cannot see anything, I feel like I am going out of my mind with madness as when I get this pain it only lasts a short while and pops, I went to A&E last night and again the dr could not see anything and he said he has not heard of anything like this before but I am definitely seeing this when I have the pain, has anyone else had anything like this before, I wish I had not had the operation, I do not feel myself since I had this operation, I have hardly any appetite, I have chronic backache all the time and keep showing symptoms of a urine infection as samples always come back with blood, protein and white cells but the discharge is definitely coming from site of marsupilsation, I have been told next time I have pain to go straight to A&E but there is such a small time frame to get there before it pops its a nightmare. Please help!!!

    I would also like to add that one swab in the earlier days said only penicillin would treat the infection and I have a bad allergy to this, I am thinking I still have a small pocket of infection in the wound??

    Same thing has happened to me especially getting multiple cyst after surgery the pain gets worse and worse. It keep leading me to have constant urine infections but the doctors won’t really do anything about it besides give me antibiotics which aren’t working anymore

    have you tried for a second opinion to a lady ob-gynecologist? or another ob-gyne? i think it's coming back maybe because of your partner? this is just my opinion. 

    try drinking a supplement about serrapeptase...this can help it to burst. and try also abstinence from sex. 

    i also experience what you had experienced and i do blame it with my partner.
