Lots of people swear by this. Just asked my husband who had one of these baths on Saturday. Said was OK, but more so for having a soak as he only usually showers for ease each day.
Point he made was if there's an ache there (internally) it will still be there. But most women on this wonderful forum are taking the main component of Epsom Salts as a Magnesium supplement, along with calcium/Vit D etc.
From a personal point of view, since taking Menopace Original my aching joints have improved 100% pain-wise. I've also added more Magnesium too to ensure I get my RDA.
Maybe have a read about the overall benefits of Magnesium and give it a try?
There's some great advice on here. Happy reading!

Just thought I'd give all you ladies the heads up: looks like the Press (in the UK) is catching on to the benefits of Epsom Salts!
Read an article a couple of weeks back about Gywneth Paltrow/Victoria Beckham singing the praises of Epsom Salts. Well they're at it again!! Saw it in the on-line version of Daily Mail this week.
This can only mean one thing: Manufactures are going to 'milk' the Celebrity endorsement, and it'll probably send the price sky-rocketing!!!
Well we knew about it first: my mum used to use it in the early 70s-onwards for her constipation, ha, ha!!! Can't see Gwyneth or Victoria admitting to using it to cure their constipation
!!
Just don't buy yours from any shops in Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Islington, or anywhere any of the 'Lovies' hang out: it'll be 5 x times the normal price!
