Bathroom issues making me think I have cancer

Hi. i know this is TMI but since its the weekend im freaking out. I just had a baby 10 weeks ago im 25 years old and never had an issue with hemmorhoids during it. i also had a c section delivery. i went to the bathroom yesterday morning which i did not strain but it was a larger BM than normal (not abnormal) and i noticed blood on it. bright red. at first i thought maybe food i ate but i havent eaten anything like tomatos or beets. there was no blood in the toilet or on the paper. i wouldnt say it was necessarily mixed in with the stool but more like streaks on top. i freaked out because i know its never good.
for an hour i researched what this could be and i found a story about a 29 year old that had colon cancer and the same thing happened to him. of course he ignored it for a few years. this has never happened to me before. about 4 days prior to this i did have an incident where i hadnt had a BM in 2 days so when i did go there may have been a little straining? no blood then. so i dont know why it would cause issues days later. i got myself so worked up i needed to go to the bathroom again because my stomach was upset. there was only a little bit of blood this time. once again clearly bright red. ive gone twice since today (normal for me) and not a trace of blood seen whatsoever. i have ZERO other symptoms.
but since ive looked online ive convinced myself that i have colon cancer. it seems like its not an issue if theres blood in the toilet or on the paper but apparently if its on your stool its bad news. i am petrified. i have an appointment next week but in the meantime im scared. could this have been a fissure? there was no pain. if it is hemorrhoid than it has to be internal. i cannot detect any external. anyone?

bright red blood on a stool is not usually of concern. dark red blood is of more concern. bright blood causes are things like straining, large bm causing tiny blood vessels to break ( not serious) . i think u are ok! i get that often and im very healthy.
