Hello. Of course this is embarrassing but I've been through surgery before and never found an answer. How do you wipe your rear? How do you reach if you can't turn? Is there an assistive device made for this?

Welll, you can try either the posterior or anterior approach, haha. Seriously, have had five hip surgeries and hadn't had a problem.

There is something called a bottom bum wiper. I did not have the problem after my hips, but did check it before my ops.

I have found this awkward too because not being able to twist and turn, can make it harder to do the job properly. We need longer arms!
