Baxk pain, docs wont help. The depression is killing me

Ive had chronic back pain for over 10 years, due to epilepsy and grand mal seizires. My doc has my on fentynal 12mcg and baclofen but still im in constant agony. Ive been doing the physco exercises for 8 weeks plus cycling 2 miles a day as remonenndeed. But i cant still cant cope. Ive asked for muscle rexalers and they just blow me off. Im trying to save to see a back specialist but i dont know how much i can cope. I get 1 and 1/2 sleep if im lucky but im at the end of my tether. Jas anyone any advice??
