Hi,im a first timer on here, my name is Baz and my question is after taking medication and being careful with diet for type 2 diabetes I still have high blood sugar 17-22 I'm fatigued go faint on standing peeing every hour at night , can any one help... ta Baz...

Baz, of course someone can help, I think they're called doctors!
Meanwhile, tell us about your diet - and exercise - and weight - and maybe age.
Your numbers are high enough, you do need to make some changes or else unfortunate things are likely to start happening to you way too soon.
