Beau's line?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Around 6 weeks ago, one of my toe nails fell off after stubbing my toe hard. During the growth process, I tested positive for covid-19. Now my isolation period has finished and I've fully recovered, I've noticed two ridges in my nail. I have no health conditions nor do any other nails have any issues. Could these ridges be a result of bad nail growth due to covid-19? Find attached an image, thanks. image

They are more likely to be the result of the trauma. Its far too early to tell. Your nail looks healthy so these lines may gradually soften ,become fainter and may disappear altogether. You need to wait at least a year .
