Sorry I haven't been around. Despite being on part time return in my job after a bad M.E. relapse I've had just been cleared at work  after a false allegation was made. The thing is that the stress is threatening another relapse...was off for 3 months with the first relapse due to overwork. I was just getting on my feet again as well.

My arms have that deep ache and I kept going dizzy. Memory really not good again. It's so frustrating as I was just getting on my feet again.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties - a relapse is scary, whether it's full on, a possibiltiy  or thinking about the next one. I'm also sorry to learn about your work situation. Sending you positive thoughts and prayers - hoping you will be feeling better.

    Hi paz,

How awful when you only just got back to work that this has happened. Is there a chance you could be signed off with the stress? Give you bit of recovery time?

I know its not been easy going back In the first place.

Sending you warm thoughts and hope that the situation becomes less stressful soon

    Cheers guys

I am still getting some side effects but I daren't take any more time off as I may weaken my chance of keeping my job. Just gutted that it happened now when I was just getting on my feet again.

Hope you guys are keeping strong
