been back on sertraline 50mg 3days HELP!!!

so been back on my sertraline three days after coming off it two weeks ago a two weeks ago one night my chest got really tight right in the centre i thought it was because i had stopped my sertraline anyway i rang 111 panicking because my bom was upto 90 odd so its been happening the odd night same symtoms tight chest heart rate little faster didnt happen last night i slept well last night been ok most of the day ive had slight palpitations which shouldnt be happening as im on propranolol 3times a day my resting heart eate is usually 69 downwards im trying to keep myself calm xx
